Matthew 13

Jesus teaches in parables. Understanding is given to those who receive Him truly with a desire to know Him. We must exercise faith for the miracle to be unfolded in each of us, to receive the treasure and to have the kingdom of heaven revealed in us and to us.

Matthew 12

Jesus shows the Pharisees His higher New Testament way of mercy and love, over the Old Testament teachings of strictly observing the Law, and punishing those who don't. Hear their discussion on spiritual warfare, and heed the Lord's warnings to seek the Holy Spirit to come live within you, for protection against evil spirits, who are roaming about, seeking an empty soul to reside in.

Matthew 11

Jesus invites us to come unto Him as a little child, teachable, and quick to believe His words. He will reveal the Father unto those with a childlike heart, and hide it from those who pursue heavenly wisdom in their own pride and intellectual pursuits. He will yoke with us and remove our heavy burdens of our own pride and learning, and teach us His new ways, which even a child could follow. 

Matthew 10

Jesus sends out His disciples unto the Lost sheep of Israel and gives them authority to act in His name to do miracles and spread the message that the kingdom of heaven is at hand. We must have faith and trust in God and not the arm of flesh or the false security of this world. We must deny ourselves, take up our cross, follow Christ and abide in Him, enduring well to the end. We labor in the vineyard to help bring forth good fruit for the Father's kingdom.

Matthew 9

The miracles of Jesus shown forth. Men must come unto Him in faith and believe that they can receive healing, spiritually and physically.  Follow Him and experience His power and authority for yourself, as many will marvel yet not understand.

Matthew 8

Do you fully know and trust in the authority of Jesus Christ in your life? Listen for clues as to how to apply faith over fear, as you go through the test or trial you are in. Jesus seeks us out in our storm to bring His deliverance to those who place their faith in Him, and in His authority over all forms of fear and evil.

Matthew 7

Jesus concludes the sermon on the mount. We are to judge only by His righteousness revealing truth and compassion from within our hearts. Thereby, treating others the way we want to be treated. Look for the fruits of the Spirit, as it is the way to know the Lord's work vs the works of evil. Focus on Christ and enter in at the strait gate and build your life upon Jesus, the sure rock.

Matthew 6

Happy New Year thoughts and the sharing of personal revelation. Do things in secret with a heart for God and not to be seen of men. The Father will bless those who give Him their hearts by putting first the kingdom of God. 

Matthew 5

Jesus gives a sermon on the mount. He came to teach a higher law, a way of love, only possible through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, given to those who have humbled themselves and sought repentance for their sins.
